When there is a need to wash clothes, guests will put things in laundry bags / baskets located in the hotel room, at the specified time, the staff in charge will go to collect the laundry from the rooms. Or guests will actively contact the front desk - room room to ask staff to pick up laundry.
When receiving laundry from a guest, you must carefully check the condition of the garment to see if it is torn or damaged to confirm with the guest.
Ask the customer about the time to perform the service: next day (24h), same day (8h), fast service (within 1 hour) and inform the guest about the costs incurred.
Fill in the laundry slip with full information: guest's name, room number, type of clothing, quantity, condition of clothing, form of washing (wet cleaning, dry cleaning), pick-up time, delivery time... and please guest signature. This voucher can have 2 copies or 3 copies according to the regulations of each hotel.
Give the guest back a laundry ticket, remind the guest to keep the ticket so that when the room staff returns the costume to the guest, they will collect the service ticket to notify the front desk when the guest check-out.
